Renee trains therapists, medical & other helping professionals, on a local and an international level, in how the Bodymind responds to stress--helping them feel a greater sense of control in their lives & changing outcomes for birthing people. Your Questions Answered

Will I be able to do the movement practices?

All movement practices are taught by an experienced yoga therapist and will be designed to be done by all levels, including those who must practice from a chair. Yoga & tai chi classes are optional, but movement will be included in some of the workshops at your retreat.

What's included in the price of the retreat?

Inclusions: Daylong workshop in an art studio and garden setting (St. Peters event), including yoga and tai chi, art, reflection and learning. We will provide light midday snacks, a journal & art supplies. 

What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, a favorite journal if you have one (if not, we will provide this), a sack lunch, snack and favorite non-alcoholic bevarage.

What is your cancellation policy?

We retain a $50 fee for any cancellations. If you cancel within one month of 
the event, we retain 50% of the full fee. If you cancel within one week of the event, we retain the full fee.

I registered early! When will I receive my bonuses?

After you register for the workshop, you will receive a welcome email. If you do not see the email, check your junk/spam folder and add us to your safe sender list (the email will come from [email protected]). From there you will receive emails about the venue, the schedule, how best to prepare, and your bonus recording(s). 

What should I wear to the retreat?

Please wear look, comfortable clothing for movement practices. Dress in layers to accommodate your comfort in the indoor and outdoor settings used for the retreat,
